We traveled to Louisville, KY to visit family. We arrived Thursday morning to eat brunch at Graham & Papa's we also got to see Aunt Elysa, Autumn, Emma, Alex (Sam his friend); Aunt Erika, Uncle Brad, Mia, Max; Aunt Shirley, Uncle Dave, baby cousin Lachlan Blair. After eating at 10 am we rested, played the Wii, & visited. We then went to Grandma Raymer's around 1:30 pm to eat again!! We also got to see Aunt Rosie, Susan, Aunt Diana, Aunt Vickie, Uncle Bobbie, Aunt Dana, Uncle Randy, Aunt Shellie & Mimi. The only one missing was Aunt Bonnie who was unable to walk.
I say all that to get to the exciting part of our Holiday Trip. We shipped, but that's not it, we visited more, no that's not it, oh yah the ER visit and emergency Appendectomy surgery on Nathaniel. Yeah that was Saturday. Will update more when we get out.

I'm Still Here
Yes I'm still here. I'm not good at stopping during my days and reflecting on what happened. I was hoping this "blogging thing" would help, but I guess unless my computer grows hands to sit me down that won't happen. So since September we have done the Halloween thing (I hope to get pictures uploaded), we have been to the Bee Farm and bottled our own honey, we also went to the apple orchard and picked apples and got hooked on homemade applesauce, went camping for 5 days and now it is the week before Thanksgiving. Now that I stopped so be it at 11:50 pm and thought about what we've done no wonder I didn't get to blog.

"Songs"
Hannah and I sing a song at nap time. Today I talked her into singing "Zacchaeus", she has been learning at church.
"Zacchaeus was a wee little man
because he wanted to be
He climbed in a sycamore tree
the Lord he wanted to see
the Lord walked that way
looked up the tree
and He said you come down
for I'm going to your house today
for I'm going to your house today!"
Words as sung by a 3 year old.

Women of Faith
I just got done with an awesome two days of uplifting spiritual girl/God time at a Women of Faith Confrence!!!!
Wabi-Sabi – this is a compound word with a long history, and carries a lot of meaning. Put succinctly, it’s a way of living that emphasizes finding beauty in imperfection, and accepting the natural cycle of growth and decay.
This was something that Anita Renfro shared. Wabi-Sabin in a nut shell means no one is perfect, everything gets old, but we are all beautiful in God's eyes.
Mark on your calendar next year August 19 & 20, Indianapolis, Indiana. You won't be sorry you went.

In the Begining
We started homeschool last week. Our son's Jaydon who is 10 and Nathaniel who is 8 are in the 5th and 3rd grade. Hannah is 3 1/2 but thinks she is as big as they are. She is doing some Preschool time when we can get her to sit still.
One of our first projects this year was to go and help with "Feed the Children". I don't know if the kids "got it" but we did have lots of conversation about helping others, giving of your gifts that God gives you. Jaydon has a very giving spirit, Nathaniel has a very helping spirit, and Hannah, well Hannah just has Spirit. Both boys helped others from our church, Honie Chambers and William Adkinson loading boxs into people's car's. Hannah and I loaded tolitery boxs onto the dollies. Hannah being her cute self got her picture in the paper, or at least on the papers web site, of course, it was the picture of her lying down after the first hour.

I feel like they are getting the one on one that they truely need.
